We would rather qualify a job out early than waste your quarter. This is a low-volume, high-mix, precision-stainless house. It is very good at specials, close tolerances, stainless grades and parts that a commodity mill will not touch below a container load.
It is not a commodity bolt mill. If you need a million A2-70 hex bolts at the lowest number on the market, we are not the cheapest door and we will tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.
Where it wins: specials to print, stainless and coated fasteners with real testing behind them, programs that need IATF 16949 paperwork, and buyers who need a Taiwan origin for tariff reasons.
Typical operating band
Production cadence on established stainless specials runs in the order of 10,000 pieces per month per part, with lot sizes commonly between 3,000 and 100,000. Payment terms on record are 100% at 52 days from closing date. Tell us your annual volume up front and we will tell you immediately whether it fits.
