What we look for

  • Component manufacturing - connectors and interconnect, fasteners and cold-formed parts, molding, stamping, tooling, castings and assembly
  • A real quality system - IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, with certificates we can put in a customer's supplier package
  • Capability we do not already carry, or a genuine second source for a commodity where our customers need one
  • Willingness to engage on engineering, not only on price - DFM feedback, tooling discussion and PPAP support
  • Capacity to support North American volumes and the documentation that automotive and industrial buyers require

We are particularly interested in sealed and circular industrial connectors, and in plants holding ISO 13485, both of which are gaps in what we can currently offer.

  • US commercial presence - quoting, program management and customer contact in the customer's language and time zone
  • Established automotive and industrial accounts across Tier 1 automotive, contract electronics manufacturing and industrial OEMs in North America and Mexico
  • Import and logistics handling, including origin, classification and landed-cost work
  • Accounts receivable and commercial continuity on the US side
  • Engineering-literate representation - the founder came up through tooling and molding, not only sales

We will look seriously at a line where there is a real customer need behind it. We will decline one that simply duplicates a principal we already represent well, and we will tell you that quickly rather than leaving it open.
